Teen Animanga Club (ages 13-18) - Main

Are you an anime or manga fan?  Come to the library and meet other teens who love Japanese entertainment.  Chat about your favorite manga and watch anime!  All films rated PG-13.  Refreshments will be provided.

The Black Mariah Story with Jack Mecham (teens/adults) - Enon

During his tour of duty in Vietnam, Jack Mecham was solely responsible for planning and issuing frag orders for missions flown by the 20th Helicopter Squadron.  Additionally, he flew more than 100 combat missions during that same period (1966-1967).  Most of the missions were in support of CIA operations in Laos, Cambodia and North Vietnam and were classified TOP SECRET.  Even the helicopters were unmarked and sanitized.  The only information provided to the USAF was the number of sorties flown.  In this presentation, Mecham will provide insight into the nature of t

Teen Advisory Board (TAB) (grades 7-12) - Main

TAB lets teens shape our library to their liking.  Teens grade 7-12 will review media, plan library programs, design displays and eat food.  And TAB looks great on a college application!  Come to our first meeting and see what it's all about.  Thursday, September 4th @ 6 PM in the Lenski Program Room.  Refreshments will be served.
