Meeting through mutual friends in Chicago, Hadley is intrigued by brash “beautiful boy” Ernest Hemingway. After a brief courtship and small wedding, they take off to live in Paris. There, Hadley makes a convincing transformation from an overprotected child to a brave young woman who puts up with impoverished living conditions and shattering loneliness to prop up her husband’s career.
Children's author Meaghan Fisher will be coming to the Enon Branch to judge a paper airplane contest! She will be reading and signing her books, Lars the Monkey & Tyler the Fish!
Paper airplanes will be judged in distance flown, time in the air, and most creative. But, overall it will be just "plane" fun! Be sure to bring your own paper airplane to the program!
