Toddler Storytime engages children with books and learning through stories, music and movement. Recommended for children 18 months to 3 years.
Note: Storytimes will be canceled whenever the Springfield City Schools are closed for inclement weather. Storytime will not meet the weeks of December 23rd, December 30th and March 31st during the Springfield City Schools' Spring and Winter breaks. Children are required to be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
Family Storytime builds children's language skills by involving the entire family with interactive stories, songs, rhymes and crafts. Recommended for children ages 3-6 years old and their parents and caregivers. Younger and older children are also welcome to attend.
You are invited to play online games, do your homework or chat with your friends in a computer lab just for teens. We will have laptops available to use but you are welcome to bring your own laptop or tech devices. Library staff will be here to help with homework.
Teen Tech Night is for teens ages 13-18. Participants will need a valid library card with permission to use the Internet. This program will be held in the Lenski Program Room of the Main Library, 201 S. Fountain Ave., Springfield, OH. Call us at (937) 328-6905 for more information.
