Meeting Room Policy

Meeting rooms are available for public use at all library locations. 
To book the Gaier Meeting Room at the Main Library, please call the Public Relations Department at
(937) 328-6907.  Scheduling for meetings at a Branch Library will be handled by the Branch Manager.  Please be aware the dates you are requesting may not be available, so it is necessary to call the desired location to find out room availability.

All meetings must be scheduled at least one week in advance (for example a meeting scheduled for a Monday must be scheduled no later than the previous Monday) and will be dealt with on a first-come, first-served basis with Library events taking priority.  Requests will be addressed as time allows.

Groups booking the room must fill out an application and sign a user agreement prior to using the meeting rooms.  The Library reserves the right to review any or all applications for space and judge whether or not the applicant fits the policy.
